These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of India-Crossword, available at nocapera.com (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

India-Crossword is a free daily crossword puzzle site featuring puzzles themed around India, generated automatically. New puzzles (easy, medium, and hard) are published daily. You can play as a guest or sign in with a Google account to save your progress and stats across devices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian review these Terms with you.

3. Accounts

You may play without an account. Creating an account is optional and is done via Google Sign-In only - we do not offer separate username/password registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any device you use to access the Site.
You agree to provide accurate information where applicable (e.g., the name/photo associated with your Google account) and not to impersonate any other person.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, solve, or otherwise interact with puzzles or the Site in a way not intended for normal human use
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Site
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functioning, including through excessive requests, rate-limit evasion, or denial-of-service behavior
Copy, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from puzzles, clues, or other Site content for commercial purposes without our permission
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying generation logic of the Site, except where applicable law permits it
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its puzzles, grid designs, clues, branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

Puzzle answer words themselves are drawn from public dictionaries and general knowledge and are not claimed as our exclusive property; the specific grid layouts, clue text, and puzzle compilations are.

6. Third-Party Sign-In

Account sign-in is provided through Google OAuth. Your use of Google's sign-in service is subject to Google's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or functioning of Google's services.

7. No Fees, No Purchases

India-Crossword is currently free to use, and the Site does not process any payments, subscriptions, or purchases. If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly before introducing any paid features.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Puzzles, clues, or answers will always be accurate, unambiguous, or free of errors (puzzles and clues are generated by an automated system and, while reviewed programmatically, may occasionally contain mistakes)
Your saved progress or account data will never be lost, corrupted, or delayed - see our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and backups

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we, our operator, and our contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because India-Crossword is a free service, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed a nominal amount (equivalent to what, if anything, you have paid us in the preceding 12 months - which for a free service is generally nothing).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us below.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
